How do I find a service?

What is the “Get Offer” feature?
It's a simple form that, once filled out, sends your request to all providers in the selected category. They can reply to you directly via email or phone.

Do I need to register?
No, you can search and browse without registering.

– you’ll need to create a free account.

Is the platform free to use?
Yes, for service seekers, the platform is 100% free to use.

How do I join as a provider?

1. Register as a service provider.
2. Complete your profile: name/business name, contact info, pricing, services, languages, location, work photos, and more.
3. Your profile becomes visible and searchable by users based on category and location.

What contact details can be shown in my profile?

• Phone number
• Email address
• Social media links (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Personal website (if available)
• City or full address

What does it cost to use the platform?

• Free registration until the New Year.
  Starting January 1, 2026 – only €5/month for one service listing.
  No hidden fees. Cancel anytime.

How do customer requests work?
When a client submits a “Get Offer” request, you receive it via email. If you're available, you can contact the client directly. The platform does not interfere in your communication.

Can I talk directly with clients?
Yes! You communicate directly using the contact details shown in your profile – no middlemen involved.

Only registered users who have actually used your services. This helps ensure the reviews are real and trustworthy.

Where are reviews displayed?
