We do not directly provide services but act as a digital intermediary between Clients and Providers.

• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.

3. User Accounts

a. Registration

To access most features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining and updating your information, and for safeguarding your login credentials.

b. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, especially in cases of violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.

c. Refunds

6. Disputes Between Users

Especialisto.com is not a party to any contract between Clients and Providers. While we may offer assistance, we are not obligated to mediate or enforce any agreement.

We encourage Users to resolve issues amicably and respectfully.

7. Reviews and Feedback

Users may leave reviews after completed projects. By submitting feedback, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our Platform.

We reserve the right to remove or edit reviews that:

• Are abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Are not based on actual experiences
• Contain personal information, spam, or unrelated content

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Especialisto.com—including logos, graphics, text, and software—is the property of Especialisto.com or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• £100, or
• The amount you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the claim

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom , unless otherwise required by law.
